Grasse River Players will be performing three short scenes and a monologue as part of SLCCHC’s 2024 Readers’ Theatre!

• “The Last Can” Directed by Jeannie Blake. Read by Casey Sweeney and Vania Falen.
• “The Best Daddy” Directed by Casey Sweeney. Read by Ryan Hewer and Jeannie Blake.
• “The Mirror Within” Directed and read by Jeannie Blake.
Grasse River Players started in 1974 with a small group of theater lovers in Canton wanting to build an outlet for creativity. Now, fifty years later, this homegrown band of performers continues to bring community theater to the region. We are lucky to have the whole of the North Country as our theatre space – Pickens Hall, Edwards Opera House, The Russell Theatre, Remington Museum, college stages, churches, high school auditoriums, and restaurants. We produce musicals, plays, revues, murder mysteries, and readers’ theatre.
